Drama ensued at Gulu high court when a woman identified as Ayenyu Stella attempted to block prison warders from taking her husband identified as Mr Oloya Godfrey into prison cells.

Anyenyu caused chaos at the high court when she demanded that she be jailed with her husband.

Prison warders however, blocked her and locked her in the court cells while her husband was taken away to Gulu central Prison on a boda-boda.

She later dumped her baby, a toddler at the prison for about five minutes and tried to follow her husband.

O.C CID, Mr James Asubu ordered for her arrest and said Anyenyu will be charged with child neglect.

Mr Oloya Godfrey was arrested on the 27th of this month for defilement from Kasubi sub ward and remanded at Gulu central prison.
