Pader  Chief Administrative Officer, Andrew Leru,  Chief Finance Officer, Phillip Adonga and Accounts Assistant for  the production department, Milly Arach have been released on bond, Pader LC5 Chairman Alfred Akena said  this morning.

The trio were, according to Akena, released on bond last evening. The three district officials had earlier been arrested in connection with the mismanagement of 115 million shilling from the central government meant for the construction of a market and store.

Police in Pader say their investigations are complete and that they will now hand over the file to the anti-corruption court in Kampala for further action.
