    4 Injured In Homeland Bus Accident

    Four people were on Wednesday night injured when a  Gulu bound Homeland bus registration number UAW112W overturned at Koro Sub County, about five kilometers along the Gulu- Kampala highway.

    Police said the accident happened at 3:00 am.

    The injured include Dr. David Onen 54, the director, Gulu Central High School and a Makerere University lecturer. Others are Junior Opiyo 38, Emmanuel Owot 40 and Fiona Kankudire 37, the manager Well Springs hotel in Gulu.

    Kankudire later died of her injuries from  St. Mary`s Hospital Lacor  where the injured had been rushed for treatment.

    Aswa region police spokesman Patrick Jimmy Okema confirmed the accident and said the driver of the ill-fated bus is on the run.

    Homeland bus company has a history  of accidents.

      I think the night bus is having accidents on weekly basis, do they over work drivers or night fatigue? Some thing is completely wrong
