Okoyo noted that the suspects’ initial intention was to rob the motorbike but they eventually they ended up killing the Boda-boda taxi operator in the process.
The duo says they asked their victim to branch off the Gulu- Kampala Highway before attacking him.

Museveni once said an eye for an eye! these two young men must be put to death immediately. It is the only way to deter repeated evil acts of this nature. Any softer way in dealing with such evil is a promotion for re-occurance of similar evil.
