    Mr Ojara Martin Mapenduzi. Preliminary results show him leading in the Gulu LC5 Chair race

    Preliminary results from various polling stations around Gulu town show incumbent Gulu district Chairman Ojara Martin Mapenduzi in an early commanding lead. Mapenduzi  of the Forum for Democratic Change(FDC) is  beating two other rivals; NRM’s  Billy Graham Olanya and Independent candidate Nyeko Wilfred.
