Pastor James Ochan, the deputy regional over-seer of the  Fellowship of born gain churches in northern Uganda has asked aspiring Politicians who are visiting witch doctors seeking to win the elections in  2016 election to rethink their decision and instead turn to God before it is too late.

Pastor James was on Thursday morning addressing Journalists from Northern Uganda media club (NUMEC) ahead of the Mass prayer clinic organized for all politicians in Acholi sub region on the 4th of July at Taks centre.

he said that Politicians should respect church leaders and respect the church because church is not a place for looking for votes.

He said some politicians storm the church in search for votes which he said is bad manners because the church is a place of worship and the born again community shall not entertain such manners ahead of 2016.

“Some politicians when they come to church, they want to be guest of honour yet Jesus is the chief guest in the church, we have called them for the prayer clinic so that we counsel them ahead of 2016,”Pastor James said.

Pastor James said all the politicians who are keeping their charms should carry them to Taks centre on 4th of July 2015 so that they are burnt.

Pastor Betty Opoka, the women leader in the Northern Uganda fellowship of Born again asked Politicians to know that God has already chosen leaders.

She asked those who will not win the elections to live a normal life and not think of committing suicide or hating their rivals who will have won.
