Police in Gulu are hunting for seven men suspected to have sodomised a young woman in Gulu town.
The incident happened on Thursday last week while the victim was returning home from a night crusade at Kaunda Grounds. The crusade was organized by Phaneroo Ministries,
Jimmy Patrick Okema, the Aswa River Region Spokesperson confirmed the report adding that police is investigating the matter.
Okema told journalists on Monday at the Northern Uganda Media Club that police was informed about the rape this week after the victim sought help at a medical facility.
