NRM’s Leonard Ojok Opio has been declared winner of the Agago LC5 Chair seat.
Opio got 22,104 votes beating his closet rival and FDC candidate, George Otto who scored 11,583 votes.
Other contenders for the seat included independent candidate, John Wilfred Okello who came third with 6,714 votes while Simon Odoch Ojok came last with 1,688 votes.
Leonard Ojok Opio will replace Peter Odok Wod Oceng who lost to him in the NRM primary elections.
Opio is a younger brother to Justice Alphonse Owiny Dollo, a high court judge.
